IMPACT BARCELONA is a personalized educational health program designed to take you to the next level of awareness and ownership over your mind & body.

 

You will be apart of a strict 8-week regime in order to awaken your true spiritual, mental and physical potential. You will experience the benefits of an optimized nutritious lifestyle (eliminating sugars, alcohol, gluten, dairy, red meat and caffeine) in combination with balanced movement sessions to reprogram negative adopted habits and consciously create new beneficial ones that stick. You will be thoroughly tested on your food intolerances and physical imbalances. This will allow us to create a personalized IMPACT program. You will also have the opportunity to experience some of the most powerful and developing Shamanic ceremonies facilitated by experienced Masters. During the course of 8 weeks various workshops will be given as a part of the educational purpose that lies within this program.

MIND

Reprogram and strengthen your subconscious mind, create your dream-self, learn to stay in the present moment and live with purpose, using tools like Shamanic practices, Meditation, Yoga and Deep Oxygenised breathing.

FUEL

Consciously fueling your body with optimal nutrition and supplements to always support your recovery, development and performance. Minimizing inflammatory sources.

MOVEMENT

Prehab, Mobility, Hypertrophy, Stamina & Strength sessions to build a strong functional body that works properly and you feel comfortable in.

CONTENTS

The 8 week program consists of:

  • An internal body check using Bicom Bioresonance - testing meridians, food reactions, allergens, bacteria, fungi, parasites and virus

  • An external body check using a 3D body scanner and a complete movement screening

  • A Personalized Nutrition plan + multiple selected superfoods, supplements and a bio blender

  • 16 Private workout sessions 1 on 1 (flexible times)

  • 7 Group beach workout sessions (Wednesdays from 07:00 - 08:15)

  • 6 Yoga sessions (Sundays from 11:00 - 12:30)

  • 5 IMPACT Workshops (Wednesdays from 18:30 - 20:30)

  • 3 IMPACT ceremonial breath work sessions (Wednesdays from 18:30 - 20:30)

  • 3 sessions with a physiotherapist (flexible times)

  • A 3 Day IMPACT TRIBE weekend outside of Barcelona with ceremonies

The program includes an eight week membership at the exclusive members club The COVER (gym, spa, co-work) at Sir Victor hotel, where the private trainings also will be taking place.
